Repox-FC

High gloss, chemical and abrasion resistant, epoxy floor coating

REPOX FC is an advanced formula two component epoxy polyamide coating system designed to provide a heavy duty gloss finish to concrete floor areas. REPOX FC imparts a chemically resistant, hard, durable finish not attainable with conventional resin material.

REPOX FC is supplied as a two-component system with extended pot life. This permits a unique 8 hour application period after mixing. REPOX FC will then cure to a full gloss finish. REPOX-FC is available in a wide variety of custom colors.

Recommended Uses

REPOX FC supplies outstanding hardness, durability, chemical and abrasion resistance. REPOX FC is particularly suitable for warehouse and factory floors, electronic mfg. areas, food processing plants, pharmaceutical plants, boiler rooms, sewerage installations, etc.

Surface Preparation

Concrete should be etched with RELEECE manufactured CAPITAL or cleaned and degreased with RESOLVE manufactured by CAPITAL depending on job conditions. Technical assistance is available.

Application

Highly dense or steel troweled concrete should be cleaned and etched with RELEECE manufactured by CAPITAL. Previously coated surfaces should be cleaned and degreased with RESOLVE manufactured by CAPITAL.

1 part mix A to 1 part mix B

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Phonelic core roller, spray, or brush

COVERAGE:
Prime Coat- 225 to 250 square feet per gallon depending on porosity.
Finish Coat- 300 to 350 square feet per gallon.
